We use Licensed Attorneys: fees are comparable to that of the competition.  The difference between and the others is we use licensed attorneys where required by law to prepare the actual deed.  You can be assured that the deed that is  prepared is both “legal” in both the content and in the form.

This is important if you’re the seller, because if there are errors in the deed, you may not have “legally” transferred ownership.  Remember, just because a deed is placed in to the Public Records (recorded) it does not mean it actually does the intended purpose.  Further, if you’re the buyer, you want to make sure down the road that someone can not assert claim to the title to the timeshare you purchased.

Our services are ala carte so you can chose to do part by yourself and save a few dollars or can ask us to assist in various parts of the process.

  • Deed research if needed (additional cost)
  • Deed Recording (additional cost)
  • Notification of Title Transfer (additional cost)

*If outside the states of Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and the District of Columbia, we have partnerships with attorneys that will provide/prepare the deed.
