General Warranty Deed

General Warranty Deed

A general warranty deed is comprised of six “covenants.” These covenants are broken down into two categories. The two categories are “Present Covenants” and “Future Covenants.” These covenants provide a prospective purchaser with various safeguards that offer protection to the buyer in terms of the title of the property. Given that the six covenants are comprised of legal jargon, those who have contracted Just Deeds to assist in the buying process have found that the legal experts have a way of making the seemingly abstract concepts quite concrete. In general, general warranty deeds offer purchasers with a tremendous amount of security to a piece of property.
